At CalmFrame Language School, we believe that effective communication starts with a clear set of mutual expectations. These terms of service govern your access to our learning portal (calmframe.online) and our physical workshop spaces in the heart of Beyoğlu.
By clicking through our site or enrolling in a module, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these guidelines. We maintain these standards not to restrict your journey, but to ensure that every student's "quiet glow" of learning remains undisturbed by technical misuse or academic dishonesty.

A Note on Integrity
We value the hard work of our linguists. Reproduction of any curricula, audio materials, or proprietary methods without written consent from CalmFrame is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
Your credentials are personal. Sharing your login with others compromises the individual attention we provide. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show simultaneous multi-location log-ins or suspicious bulk-downloading behavior.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our terms to justify harassing other students, spreading automated scripts, or attempting to scrape data from our vocabulary databases. We prioritize a safe, silent-mode environment for all.
Payment & Refunds
Course fees must be settled prior to the syllabus release. We offer a 7-day 'Settling In' period where a 90% refund is available if our teaching style doesn't match your rhythm. All transactions are processed in USD or TRY.
Modification Rights
The digital landscape moves quickly. We may update these legal documents to reflect changes in Turkish law or our internal operations. Significant changes will be announced via your student dash.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising under these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Beyoğlu).
